Scott A. Weible has been a licensed attorney in Arizona for over 30 years.  After graduating from the University of Arizona with a master’s degree (M.A.) and a juris doctorate (J.D.), Mr. Weible was honored to serve as law clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals to the Honorable Robert J. Corcoran. After his judicial clerkship, Mr. Weible joined the well-known firm of Daughton, Feinstein & Wilson, in Phoenix, Arizona.  From there he joined another highly-respected law firm – Richards, Watson & Gershon, in Los Angeles, California, where he became a partner of the firm. Due to his reputation for excellence, Mr. Weible was then recruited to serve as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Los Angeles.  After concluding his distinguished service as Assistant Los Angeles City Attorney in 2006, Mr. Weible founded his own law firm in Northern Virginia, in close proximity to the nation’s capital in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Weible’s legal practice focuses on law and litigation, specifically in the areas of family law and divorce, civil litigation, personal financial rights (bankruptcy, foreclosures, garnishments), estate planning (trusts, wills, and other estate planning devices), real property rights (eminent domain, inverse condemnation, land use, and environmental law), simple business organizations, and incorporations.
